The hotel boasts huge, impeccably clean rooms, which made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. There is a mall right outside the property for convenient shopping. However, being in a bustling area, there was a bit of traffic, which might be a concern for some. The room was spacious, but practically devoid of storage, which is very inconvenient for a stay of several days. Breakfast leaves much to be desired, especially for Europeans. There is no soundproofing whatsoever, neither between rooms nor from outside, which is very bothersome (I had to endure barking and dogs fighting every day between 2 and 3 a.m.!). The pool is minimal, and the rooftop terrace is unfurnished, except for a few sun loungers. It's a real shame; the rooms, the rooftop terrace, the hotel lobby: everything could be much better designed and presented. The hotel staff deserves praise; they are always responsive and attentive to guests. Well done and thank you to them. Adjacent to the hotel is a shopping center with many shops and restaurants, and within a 20-minute walk are several well-regarded restaurants and cafes.

Greenpark is an unbelievably beautiful clean spacious hotel nestled on Banmerghatta Road. The staff service food quality were all excellent and beyond expectations. Front office staff Jatin was exemplary while Muskan provided services with a smile; F&B division were wonderful and took care of us in our very long stay and we are thankful to all; with a special mention to Anuron Priya and crew. Management and senior staff were always in touch for any extra care required. We are ever thankful and grateful for this experience

Excellent service in a stylish hotel

A superb contemporary style hotel, immaculately clean, comfortable spacious room, fabulous service, and stylish decor. We stayed here for 4 nights and very were pleased to have chosen this hotel as our base in Bengaluru. The restaurant staff were exceptional. When my wife and I asked what was vegan on the breakfast buffet, they got the chefs to cook us a selection of specially-made vegan dishes for us, such as dosas, idlis, parathas; all of which were delicious. We really couldn't fault the service levels at this hotel. Would definitely recommend.
