Good place to stay overall

Comfortable, large room and bath. Very good location. Lovely and attentive staff. Some drawbacks - shower was a bit difficult to use, electricity to TV did not work, breakfast was expensive.

Central located upscale hotel

The Hotel is centrally located & the views from the roof are amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly despite me not being able to speak Italian. I wish I was there during warmer weather and got to enjoy the views from the roof garden. The indoor garden looked like a place they host events such as a wedding. The products in the bathroom are top notch, plus robes & extra towels are much appreciated. My only wish was an outdoor window, but I understand it was an older building. I really appreciated the parking garage to park the car and just walk around the city. As a solo woman traveler, I feel very safe in this friendly city.

Et hotell med god beliggenhet i Benevento. Frokosten som vi hadde bestilt til oppholdet innkluderte ikke egg, og bacon. Det måtte man betale for ekstra. Det var en negativ opplevelse siden det ble bare opplyst en av de siste dagene at dette måtte betales ekstra. Her var det ikke oppgitt på forhånd. I tillegg var Spaet og slike fastiliteter nedstengt for vedlikehold for sesongen. Renholdet var godt på rommet.

The carpet in the hallway on the floor where my room was located is quite worn and dirty. The shower in the bathroom is very small, making it uncomfortable to use, and it was loose from the wall. The price of the breakfast seemed very expensive to me, 18 euros for what they serve.

This was a pit stop from Rome to the coast. So glad they had secured parking. Walkable area to town and worth the stop for the history in the area. Good restaurant selections. Room average, but nice and clean. Staff was wonderful. Roof top view beautiful.
