NO VALE LA PENA IR. DESDE EL COMIENZO TODO ESTUVO MUY MAL, EN EL TRANSPORTE DE CARTAGENA A TIERRA BOMBA NOS COBRARON 10 VECES MAS POR MALA INFORMACION DEL HOTEL. ES DECIR NOS ROBARON DE FRENTE !!! EL CHECK IN ES ETERNO COMO TODO Y HABIAMOS RESERVADO HABITACION PARA 4 Y NOS DIERON UNA HABITACION CON UNA CAMA DOBLE PARA 4 ADULTOS. LUEGO DE MIL ESPERAS RECIBIMOS OTRA HABITACION. OBVIAMENTE LAS HABITACIONES SIN TOALLAS NI PAPEL HIGIENICO Y NI PENSAR AGUA CALIENTE. LAS COMIDAS SE DEBEN PEDIR AL MENOS 1 HORA Y MEDIA ANTES PUES EL PERSONAL NO DA A BASTO Y TODO ES LENTISIMO ASI SEA UNA BEBIDA. NO HAY RECEPCION, ES UNA CARPA Y TODO ES ASI, NO HAY UN SITIO COMODO Y FRESCO PARA COMER O ESTAR, TODO ES ABIERTO. LUEGO LLOVIO Y EL BAÑO SE REBOSO E INUNDO. COMO ERA HORA EN QUE NO HAY NADIE EN RECEPCION HASTA QUE NO LLEGUE LA PROXIMA LANCHA NO PUEDEN HACER NADA. EL DEL MANTENIMIENTO NO DA A BASTO TAMPOCO Y NO PUEDE RESOLVER . HASTA MEDIA NOCHE LOGRE CAMBIO DE HABITACION. OBVIAMENTE OTRA VEZ SIN PAPEL EN EL BAÑO Y SIN TOALLA PUES COMO MUY AMABLEMENTE INDICAN "LA LAVANDERIA ES EN CARTAGENA" !!!! Y POR ESO NO HAY TOALLAS. REALMENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA !! LASTIMOSAMENTE NO FUE UNA EXPERIENCIA AGRADABLE Y LAS EXPECTATIVAS DE GOCE Y DESCANSO SE VIERON NUBLADAS POR MIL MAL MOMENTOS. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location, close to the beach and the Walled City. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The Room Was very nice. However there was no bathroom door. IT was rather uncomfortable. The Room had a tiny Window with no blackout. No safety Rail on the Stars going down to the Main floor.
