We love this hotel. It’s older but it’s quiet, great location, lots of space in the rooms and patios to sit and watch the river. It’s just a relaxing place to stay.

We’ve stayed here a couple times and will continue to come back. A charming cozy property that is ideal for visiting beautiful Bend. Staff is friendly, rooms are large with a cottage style feel, and patios are spacious. Looking forward to our next trip already.

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are quite nice, and it's located in a nicer area of Bend. The lighting and room decor is warm and inviting. The balcony overlooking the Deschutes River was a nice place to have morning coffee. The breakfast was nothing special, but there is a complimentary drink offered upon check-in, which was a welcome amenity.

Comfortable bed, clean room, very friendly staff. Easy check-in process with free drinks! When I arrived at the property, they upgraded me to a suite and no additional charge, was very happy with the extra space. Great location if you’re going to a concert at Hayden Holmes amphitheater it’s about a 15 minute walk to the concert venue and to the old Mill area.

This hotel was gorgeous! Only stayed one night, but wished it was longer. We opted for a suite, which was huge, and came with a fireplace, a balcony, and a whirlpool bath. The setting was very quiet - you can see the river on one side. Breakfast was nice, but a bit limited in the selection available. Other reviews mentioned the bakery items, but the only bakery item was the croissants (pre-filled with ham and cheese). No hot food (although we knew this). None the less the overall stay was outstanding, and would definitely come back. Staff were lovely too :)
