We loved this hotel and found it great value. Staff was friendly, room was very nice. Everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better breakfast at a non-premium hotel. The man who was servicing the breakfast area was extremely helpful and thorough at keeping everything clean. In short, we will be staying here again when we pass through Bend, and looking forward to the experience!

First room had non working television and they asked if we could just deal with it, which we didn’t so we were moved to another room. The pool and sauna (our main reason for booking), has been closed for two months and not advertised as such on Expedia. They said they have told Expedia for the length of the two months that it’s been closed. So room was decent but pool and hot tub being closed and not disclosed was very disheartening.
