Breakfast was great, lots of choices. There is a nice park with a walking path across the street, and downtown within walking distance. One complaint--this hotel needs a bigger sign on the street corner where you turn in, it is very small and easy to miss, which we did the first time. There is a larger sign but you can't see it very well. It is set back too far from the street
