They ran out of things for breakfast such as eggs, bacon, and sausage one morning. The elevator stopped working for a brief time. otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet.The pool was clean and the hot tub was enjoyable. Good location, as far as quick access to restaurants and shopping.

All was great. Coffee in the lobby could have been ready a little earlier. Maybe by 6am would have been fabulous! But... all in all it was a good stay. And breakfast always a good variety.

Great location on the edge of Bend, the front desk lady was excellent- especially when the lobby was full with a sports team checking in and she had a line up. She was calm and collected-even under pressure. The breakfast was great and the beds were comfy. Would stay again.

It's a very comfortable place to stay. I liked my room and the breakfast area was nice. Good food offerings. Bed was comfortable. Pretty quiet building and surroundings. Windows need cleaning and the coffee maker wouldn't work but those are the only faults.

Easy check in . Clean room with laundry , ice and water on site . Nice breakfast . We stayed for 6 nights . The very last night we went outside to watch the beautiful sunset and encountered 3 people hanging out by the exit door . When we went to reenter there was a man and woman still by the door . The woman was very engaging so we stopped to chat a bit . The woman ended up telling us she was happy we came around because the man she had just met and was making her uncomfortable . She said he became sexually aggressive with her . The man never spoke to us but paced around . I told the woman to pack her bike up and we will watch her leave . As soon as this happened the man jumped up and started chasing after her and we ran inside the hotel . We reported the incident to the front desk .

The good: the breakfast was decent the kids enjoyed it and the room was clean. The bad: the elevator was scary and would drop a little and make a loud bang when getting to the top floor. Some reception staff were friendly especially the lady however the man was not overly friendly nor helpful. The pool looked Murky, dirty and my 10 and 12 year old would not even go in it. That says something. For $250 us a night I would look for something else.
