Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. How unprofessional and dishonest and we have not yet been refunded!The rest of the site is totally unfinished but they advertise as if the apartments are sold so BEWARE!
