“⭐ 0 STARS IF I COULD — ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL I have given Metropol Opera Deluxe Residence 1 star only because the system will not allow me to give ZERO. This was genuinely one of the worst and most frustrating hotel arrival experiences I have ever had. When we arrived, we eventually managed to gain entry past the very grumpy doorman and went to the counter looking for some help. The lady at the counter told us that she “had nothing to do with the hotel.” This was rather confusing...

“The location was good, only 15 minutes by bus from the main district and 20 minutes from the airport. Very close to the bus station. The room was tidy and beautiful. Just a little bit dusty on the bed head and a sneaky cockroach on my last day. Besides these, the staff was super friendly and the restaurant at the corner was deli. I would definitely be back. ”

“New hotel recently opened. It is more an apartment than a hotel. Full equiped (laundry machine, kitchen...) No breakfast, but there is a western coffe downstair or a shopping mall 2 minutes walking distance (starbucks...)”
