Front desk staff were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Close to many dining options and shopping. This is a no frills hotel and priced accordingly.

While the beds seemed clean, there were stains all over the carpet, chairs, and walls. There was also an overwhelming wet dog smell in the room. It was pretty uncomfortable to stay in the room because of these things.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel itself was very loud. I stayed in a room that was located above the front door and my whole room shook every time the door closed. The windows did not have a very good seal and the outside noise was loud. If you are looking for a place to stay with a complimentary breakfast, this would not be the place for you to stay. It was under stocked and there was no choices.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
There were three huge potholes in the driveway. I hit one and thought I damaged a wheel, but fortunately did not. There are two remotes for the small TV, one to turn it on, and the other to select channels, and we needed help from staff to figure it out, as there are no directions in the room. The Direct TV selections were about 50% infomercials and preachers asking for money. Breakfast was adequate, and there was an Applebee's next door. The room was OK.

The overall appearance of the hotel was rundown. We had a problem with our initial room, but were moved to another, which was better. Our room was clean and a good breakfast. Not enough convenient plug-ins for electronics. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants.

Quick check in, reasonable rate. Property is a bit run down. Bedding and towels and bathroom were clean but the walls were dirty in several places and the chair in our room was dirty.

This room was kind of old worn. Looking where I felt like I wanted to make sure I kept my shoes on the beds were clean and comfortable. There's no elevator so we weren't able to stay with handicapped. Accessibility needed. We tried 1 day with the steps, but it was too much if I was to stay by myself. It's an inexpensive has everything you need. Safe, enough place but with a family didn't feel comfortable with the amenities.

Front desk was kind and friendly. Even when there was a credit card mishap. But room was nice and warm, and my kids loved having TV. Served our purpose since our bathroom was getting redone at home.
