Really accessible to all amenities my family wanted and needed.

Flamingo is dirty, run-down, and rude. The parking garage is black from years of dirt. The elevators shake and bounce. The check in was provided via long lines for the desk or a kiosk which ultimately didn't work for me. I was walked over to a desk that was overseen by a rude supervisor. He barely spoke to me and typed things in hastily. There was no welcome or explanation of anything. I was promised an emailed receipt that never arrived after my stay. The quality of the property is low. Think dirt, broken, and unkept. The room was dirty upon my arrival. I needed to request housekeeping to come and vacuum the floors. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, so I needed to request maintenance to come and fix it. Overall the vibe of the property was expensive for what it is. It is dirty with signs of wear everywhere and hotel staff was rude throughout. I paid for a late checkout and was still bothered by a staff member before it was time for me to leave. Don't they have computers for this? Why would they need to knock on my door? They charge resort fees but I'm not sure what that covers since they also charge for parking, late checkout (by the hour), and other things like lounges by the pool, etc.
