Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall.

Modernes Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern (Dusche über WC zugänglich) , Fenster können geöffnet werden. Keine Parkplätze obwohl es eine Tiefgarage zu geben scheint. Leider am Sonntag Rooftopbar und Restaurant geschlossen, sehr unverständlich.

Adorei o hotel e seus colaboradores, principalmente o Luíz Cláudio, que tirava todas as dúvidas e atendimento muito simpático. O café da manhã é um dos melhores que já experimentei, não deixem de adquirir. Fiquei no quarto 251, um pouco barulhento por causa da rua. O banheiro tb não me agradou tanto, a arquitetura poderia ser sido mais bem pensada e prática, porém é um quarto bom. Ar condicionado ótimo e silencioso. As amenidades tb são ótimas e tem alguns agrados no quarto , como cafezinho, chá e água. Tem secado e ferro tb. De modo geral, os “incovenientes” não são motivos para não me hospedar novamente. E a academia tb é muito boa.

O hotel apenas não está com estacionamento disponível, tive que pagar o rotativo que fica na rua ao lado do mesmo. O travesseiro é bem desconfortável, mesmo solicitando mais uma unidade na recepção, tive muita dificuldade para dormir.

Alguns pontos a melhorar: - Falta cabide pra pendurar a tolha no banheiro. Tive que pôr em cima do puff. - A posição da área de alimentos no quarto pode ser reformulada. Mal dá pra abrir o frigobar, que fica exatamente ao lado da cama. No mínimo, estranho. - 15 reais uma água pequena achei exagero.
