Equipe simpática e educada, quarto bem limpo e cama confortável (o que pra mim foi um ++), café da manhã ok, mas não sentamos à mesa, e sim lado a lado de frente pra uma bancada, sendo que tem um restaurante fechado logo abaixo onde conseguimos vê-lo. Pra mim seria mais confortável o café ser servido ali. O hotel fica bem no Centro de BH onde as ruas são sujas e com muitos moradores de rua infelizmente.

A estadia foi tranquila. O quarto é arrumado, limpo e organizado. Com armário para guardar os pertences e uma pequena mesa. O banheiro com toalhas limpas e sabonete para uso. Um frigobar com copos para uso. O café da manhã é de qualidade com alimentos frescos e preparados na hora. Apenas senti falta de variedade dos mesmos (os dois dias que permanecemos no hotel foi servido os mesmos alimentos com pouquíssima variação). O atendimento é bom e a localização do hotel ajuda muito quando se tem um roteiro a ser seguido, pois o mesmo de encontra na região central, com fácil acesso ao metrô, pontos de ônibus e pontos de referência. No geral foi uma boa estadia e noites agradáveis. Recomendo.

O hotel é um prédio antigo, mas é muito confortável. Um elogio importante e que precisa ser registrado é a limpeza dos quartos que é impecável. As roupas de cama e banho são muito limpas e cheirosas. A única sugestão que deixo é a possibilitade de começar o café da manhã um pouco mais cedo e com tempo hábil já que alguns hóspedes, como foi o meu caso, poderiam fazer a viagem de trem (já que a estação fica muito perto do hotel) e teriam tempo para tomar um excelente café da manhã no hotel antes dessa viagem.
