Positivos: a educação dos funcionários, a localização, o café da manhã é bom e sempre estão repondo. No dia que eu fui, não tinha tudo que tinha nas fotos, mas tinha bastante opção. Negativos: tem barzinhos na rua que são barulhentos. Como eu fiquei em um quarto de frente à rua, ouvi bem os barulhos. O volume foi diminuindo conforme foi ficando mais tarde. Isso não é culpa do hotel, mas achei bom informar. O quarto e o banheiro não são iguais às fotos, mas a diferença é pequena. O colchão não é muito confortável e, na ponta da cama, ao sentar, ele desceu mais, como se tivesse algo quebrado embaixo.

Expediência espetacular. Hotel perto de muitos locais. Dá para ir a pro mercado central a pé. Rua com vários bares com som ao vivo. Equipe do hotel atenciosa, dá para guardar a mala se for viajar pro interior só de mochila (foi ótimo, pois não precisamos deixar no guarda volumes da rodoviária. Já é a quarta ou quinta vez que me hospedo no Hotel Super indico.

O colchão e o travesseiro eram muito ruins... O chuveiro estaca com a fiação queimada trazendo muita insegurança ao tomar banho. Reclamei na recepcão com o funcionário Sergio...inclusive aparentava estar alcoolizado...com odor etílico. Ao final da estadia ainda me obrigaram a pagar mais 1/2 estadia alegando ter passado do horario limite do check-out...mas ninguém ligou no quarto informando que estava vencendo a estadia. Além disso...os funcionarios fumam nas dependencias internas do hotel e o lugar tem um odor terrivel, principalmente o Sergio, do qual realizei a reclamação. Péssima experiência.

O quarto estava limpo e arrumado. A porta não fechava direito, estava com folga, deixando um espaço entre a porta e o portal, de alto a baixo, no lado da fechadura. Tive que passar o trinco, mas mesmo assim fiquei preocupado. Não consegui dormir direito. O café da manhã estava razoável. Suco de laranja estava muito doce. Apesar disso, os recepcionistas atenderam bem, com destaque para um deles (um rapaz bem novo, não sei o nome, que estava no turno da noite no dia do check-out) que me ajudou com as malas até o ponto do UBER, em frente ao hotel e me ajudou a embarcar, colocando a mala no bagageiro do carro, pois eu estava usando muletas e com dificuldades de locomoção. Realmente precisava da ajuda desse jovem. Podem promovê-lo a gerente. Ele merece, por sua empatia, educação e cortesia.

Equipe simpática e educada, quarto bem limpo e cama confortável (o que pra mim foi um ++), café da manhã ok, mas não sentamos à mesa, e sim lado a lado de frente pra uma bancada, sendo que tem um restaurante fechado logo abaixo onde conseguimos vê-lo. Pra mim seria mais confortável o café ser servido ali. O hotel fica bem no Centro de BH onde as ruas são sujas e com muitos moradores de rua infelizmente.
