I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

Infelizmente é visto que o hotel demostra sua idade pela infraestrutura deficitária. A começar pelos elevadores. Funcionando somente 01 dos 2 de cada torre. E com capacidade somente para 3 pessoas. Ou seja, a logísticas nos horários de café da manhã, horários de check out você fica aguardando muito tempo para poder acessar o equipamento. Elevador com sujeira no piso, canaleta de porta e a própria porta, pois os hóspedes precisam abrir a porta do elevador. Quarto com chuveiro desregulado, água saindo para todos os lados, parede do quarto com marcas de mão sujas. Única coisa que merece elogios são aos funcionários. Atenciosos, educados e prontos a ajudar, mas o hotel merece 2 estrelas!

O hotel fica extremamente bem localizado, pertinho de tudo: mercado, restaurantes, bares, shopping, farmácias e tudo acessível caminhando. Possui estacionamento gratuito, mas há uma certa complexidade no uso, pois são poucas vagas e com acesso controlado por staff da hotelaria. Staff sempre solicitos e atenciosos. Recomendo.
