Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

Ótimo custo benefício. Hotel muito bem localizado, organizado e com garagem o que é fundamental pra quem aluga carro. O inconveniente foi o barulho a noite toda de um bar do outro lado da rua. Sei que está fora do alcance do hotel mas sugiro que avisem os hóspedes no site para que se possa considerar isso na hora da reserva pra quem tem sono leve. O café da manhã é bom!

O hotel não possui janelas antirruído. Perdemos uma noite de sono por causa dos estabelecimentos que ficam na vizinhança. A TV a cabo era de péssima qualidade e mesmo apis intervenção da operadora continuou ruim. Os pontos fortes foram o café da manhã e os colaboradores. Antecipação nosso checkout pelos motivos descritos acima e não recebemos reembolso. Não recomendo o Savassi Hotel.

O Hotel está passando por pequenas reformas para melhoria, isso é positivo. Atendimento excelente, café da manhã é ótimo, os colaboradores recolhem rapidamente, pratos, xícaras, copos, deixando as mesas confortáveis para os hóspedes .Estacionamento já incluso na diária com manobristas bem treinados e disponíveis. Quartos bem higienizados.
