I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

The hotel is very down in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. However, my review is for my stay two weeks before this date, as I tried to cancel my booking and Expedia just didn’t let me go through with the process, saying to try back later.

Café da manhã muito bom. A localização é boa. Poderia melhorar um pouco a limpeza do box do chuveiro, fazer uma limpeza com um X-14 tira-limo, estava com mofo e bolar nas paredes do box.perto do chão.

Experiência agradável e satisfatória com excessão do sistema de elevador que foi péssima. Apenas 1 elevador funcionando para atender o hotel lotado e os funcionários / material de limpeza. O segundo elevador esteve todos os dias em “conserto” sem nunca funcionar. Muito ruim mesmo. Com cirurgia recente na coluna tive que descer escadas para o café da manhã que, por sinal, esteve sempre muito bom.

Hotel com excelente localização, a poucos minutos da Praça da Liberdade, com diversos pontos de interesse a uma curta caminhada. Próximo a muitos bares e restaurantes na regiao da Savassi. Nota-se que é uma construção antiga, que está passando por modernização. Boas condições de limpeza. Café da manhã variado.

O hotel tem instalações antigas, mas em bom estado de conservação. Fica em excelente localização em BH e conta com funcionários solícitos e atenciosos. O café da manhã também é de ótima qualidade. Só deixou a desejar quanto à limpeza do quarto, que não foi realizada devidamente pela funcionária responsável.
