O hotel é um pouco mal localizado em quesito de região, no entanto, toda a estrutura é nova, os móveis, a limpeza, é ao lado da rodoviária, próximo ao centro e seus pontos turisticos, melhor café da manhã que comi em minas e me hospedo com frequencia na cidade, o prédio é um pouco velho e o café da manhã exige andar por uma area aberta para chegar. Recomendo bastante e fiquei muito surpreso com a limpeza e qualidade da acomodação, o ar condicionado não dava muita vazão e faltava uma tomada próxima a cama, a TV precisava que eu roteasse a internet. Mineiros tem o hábito de andar a pé para todos os lugares então talvez o fato que não ser muito seguro andar pela região a noite possa incomodar alguns, para mim foi tranquilo pois usei uber (não gostam de parar na porta). Novamente, melhor café da manhã e acomodações bem limpas e móveis bem novinhos.

O quarto é bom, as camas e travesseiros são boas e o chuveiro é quente. O barulho não incomodou, por ser no centro. Estávamos no 3° andar e foi super tranquilo. O café da manhã foi excelente. No entanto, alguns pontos deixam a desejar como: tv do quarto, não aceita login de streams por causa do wi-fi, a limpeza grossa não é boa, bastante poeira nas luminárias e chão e banheiros deixam a desejar. A equipe não é cordial. O restante foi ok para custo/benefício.

Ao chegar percebi que o quarto tinha um cheiro residual vindo do banheiro. Toda vez ao sair e retornar o cheiro estava lá. Nada que impedisse a utilização de quarto. O quarto é modesto e tem bom espaço. Cama confortável, e travesseiros um pouco desconfortáveis. O quarto poderia ter um interruptor ao lado da cama pra facilitar o acesso pra ligar ou desligar. Uma alternativa seria um abajour. O staff é incrível. Pessoal super solicito e sempre disponível pra dar uma informação sobre os arredores e demais informações. O café da manhã é bom e farto. O hotel está localizado no centro bem próximo à rodoviária. A sensação é de insegurança principalmente à noite. Durante o dia da pra transitar sem problemas, mas é sempre bom andar esperto.
