It is the worst, most expensive, and oldest hotel where I have stayed. The restaurant staff is cold, food variety is very poor, the towel is much older than me, the room door is from last century, the facilities are so simple for the price. It would worth only 1/5 the price they offer.

Razoavel. Quarto luxo de bom tamanho mas o banheiro é minusculo, quase nao da para trocar roupa. Travesseiros muito ruins. Edredom com capa pesado nao tem lencol separado do edredom, tinha sujo de sangue na capa do edredom que fica virada para a cama. O quarto no todo é bom, a cama é king tambem muito boa. Mas ficou a desejar nesses 3 itens: banheiro, travesseiros e edredom. Em relacao ao cafe da manha nao tem muitas opcoes, mas tudo gostoso. Atendimento e limpeza no cafe da manhã nota mil.

Fui com minha esposa e dois filhos pequenos. Fomos super bem atendidos, desde a recepção, as camareiras e o pessoal do restaurante. Montaram umas barraquinhas para nossos filhos, eles amaram. Hotel muito bem localizado, sem duvidas será nosso ponto de parada em BH nas próximas.
