Great breakfast in restaurant, friendly, helpful and patient with me when practicing my very bad Portuguese. Well stocked fridge in room for when I was too lazy to go out to the shop. Ideally located, taxi rank round corner, supermarket, chemist and host of other shops and restaurants within walking distance. 5 mins drive from my friends house, by the end of my stay I was getting used to the scary hills. I will be back in 6 months to stay here again.

Amazing staff. I don’t speak Portuguese, but the desk and dining staff went out of their way to effectively communicate and serve. This hotel is really a great place to stay! The room was beautiful and super clean. The mattress and linens were sumptuous and very comfortable.

Excellent customer service!! I went with my family last week and stayed for about two weeks. Front desk Patrick and manager Joao are super helpful and friendly. They really welcome you! Breakfast is amazing imagine with live music and everything super delicious. Alan the restaurant manager is outstanding always come to our table to make sure everything is going well! The general manager Thiago is super nice and make sure everything is doing well! The amenities are amazing, pool and gym the view is beautiful!! Also a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. Very safe area!! I recommend the hotel!!

It was a safe area but the room was not what I expected. The bed platform was dirty and broken. When I walked in the room there was some kind of oil/lubricant in one area of the room floor. The bathroom was clean. Would not stay there again

O ponto inquestionavelmente alto é o café da manhã servido. É excepcional! Variedade, qualidade, ambiente, tempo de serviço, tudo muito acima da média de hoteis do mesmo padrão. O hotel tem um bom custo benefício. Reservamos o quarto standart e na hora percebemos que a foto do quarto no Hoteis.com não correspondia ao quarto que pegamos e sim ao de categoria superior. O quarto era muito pequeno, com uma janela pequena basculante. Reclamando na recepção, nos trocaram de quarto. O café da manhã é bom. O estacionamento não é incluso e a garagem é bem ruim para circular e manobrar.
