all the rooms when someone enters or leaves the doors make a lot of noise early in the morning, guests start to leave and no one sleeps anymore, there is no insulation against noise

The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

O atendimento foi bom, mas as condições do quarto não eram boas: paredes com infiltração, box vazava muita água e molhava todo o banheiro, além do ar condicionado não funcionar bem. O café da manhã é simples, mas é honesto. Acho que pra uma única noite da pra encarar. Pra muitos dias, você não vai ter conforto. Sobre a localização, não tem nada pertinho. Precisa caminhar ou ir de carro. As corridas de aplicativo são caras (exemplo: se quiser ir até o centro, vai desembolsar uns R$80 ida e volta de Uber).

Falta de conforto

Escolhi o hotel pela localização e pelas boas avaliações, mas infelizmente minha experiência não foi satisfatória. Ao chegar, fui informada de que, embora tivesse reservado um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, esse tipo de acomodação não estava disponível. Fui colocada em um quarto com cama de casal, com a promessa de que a troca seria feita no dia seguinte — o que não aconteceu. Como alternativa, separaram a cama de casal e trouxeram dois colchões de solteiro. No entanto, os colchões eram antigos e desconfortáveis. Um deles estava afundado no meio e ambos eram maiores que a base da cama, o que fazia com que se inclinassem ao deitar, gerando ainda mais desconforto. O café da manhã, apesar das boas avaliações, também deixou a desejar. O ovo mexido estava sempre frio, o pão não era de boa qualidade e o único destaque positivo foi o suco. Diante da falta de conforto e da má gestão da reserva, infelizmente não escolheria me hospedar novamente nesse hotel.
