Venho informar, que no dia 20/04/2026, eu e minha esposa chegamos do almoço em comemoração do aniversario da prima, por volta da 14:00 horas e, minha surpresa estavam os pedreiros estavam reformando o andar superior do meu aposento praticando intenso barulho com furadeira e martelo como estive pregando prego em algum lugar do aposento em reforma. Em resumo reclamei via telefone na portaria do hotel e, atendente em resposta disse que era regulamento do hotel, que os prestadores de serviço poderiam trabalhar até às 17;00 horas. Portanto, diante desse incomodo eu e minha esposa não conseguimos dormir. Assim tivemos que participar do evento no período noturno, integralmente cansados.
