Normandy is in the heart of centro. It's convenience is good. The property is a bit dated but the attention of staff made the stay well deserved. Front Desk was exceptional. Restaurant, housekeeping and room service was excellent. In the night its location can feel a bit deserted but is generally safe. I enjoyed my stay.

Já fiquei muitas vezes neste hotel pq gosto da localização e também dos quartos, e geralmente não tenho problemas, mas desta vez me colocaram num quarto que o banheiro não tinha box e o controle da tv não estava funcionando direito. Solicitei a troca do controle, mas trouxeram outro que não funcionava.
