Normandy is in the heart of centro. It's convenience is good. The property is a bit dated but the attention of staff made the stay well deserved. Front Desk was exceptional. Restaurant, housekeeping and room service was excellent. In the night its location can feel a bit deserted but is generally safe. I enjoyed my stay.

Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

Good value hotel in a central location

Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English.

Die Zimmerreinigung war mangelhaft, die Abflüsse im Badezimmer waren voller Haare, und es wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt. Bett und Matratze waren in schlechtem Zustand. Das Frühstück bot nur eine kleine Auswahl und ließ qualitativ sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Nao recomendaria. Logo na chegada, achei a recepcionista seca e indelicada. Nao gostamos da limpeza do quarto e o pior ponto do hotel é o ELEVADOR. Parece que esta em manutenção a muito tempo. Fica só um elevador para um hotel enorme, filas para esperar e devido a demanda, o evelador para em todos os andares ate chdgar na recepção. Parece algo irrelevante, mas é cansativo numa viagem. O cafe da manhã não é bom, daria nota 6. Alem disso, deixam a entender que existe estacionamento diretamente no local, mas voce que leva seu carro para um estacionamento parceiro proximo (n tem vallet). Alem disso, um fato me chamou atenção no corredor, lençóis jogados no chão (as camareiras provavelmente nao usam aqueles carrinhos/cestos) Enfim, um somatório de motivos para nao voltar nunca
