Infelizmente me decepcionei.

Eu já tinha me hospedado neste hotel no ano passado, e de lá pra cá piorou muito a qualidade. A cama era muito desconfortável (com um pedaço de pau segurando ela), o ar condicionando estava fazendo muito baralho e o elevador quase travou com a gente por diversas vezes. Infelizmente não iriei voltar, por mais que a localização seja muito boa, a qualidade caiu bastante.

Hotel com uma boa localização, perto da lagoa, estádio, aeroporto. Uma gostosa padaria ao lado, com atendimento até tarde resolve bem a conveniência. O atendimento da recepção gentil e solicito. O hotel estava lotado, mas o atendimento sempre rápido e sem burocracia. O café da manhã bastante completo. Mas até pela lotação do hotel o movimento era intenso, porém os itens eram rapidamente repostos. Os corredores dos andares (de carpete) aparentavam sujos. E os serviços de elevadores muito ruim, demorava demais. O hotel funciona bem pra quem está de passagem pela cidade.

Recomendo, mas tem ressalvas.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo à Lagoa da Pampulha, fácil deslocamento para os pontos turísticos da cidade e para o aeroporto de Confins, sem engarrafamentos. Os quartos são bons, a cama é confortável. Tive um problema, pois me colocaram num quarto adaptado pra PCD e não tinha queda para a água do box, ou seja, toda vez que eu tomava banho, a água ia toda para a parte seca. Pedi pra trocar o quarto e fui prontamente atendido. O café da manhã, no entanto, é o ponto a melhorar na estadia. Bolos secos, suco de laranja artificial, torta salgada MUITO dura, opções limitadas, uma derrota. No mais, os atendentes são muito agradáveis e eu recomendo a hospedagem.

Limpeza dos quartos e box do banheiro

Hotel de excelente qualidade. Unica coisa que me chamou a atenção é que nesse hotel se vc não colocar a placa na porta para limpeza do quarto, vai ficar sujo. Não foi avisado na Check-in que teria que colocar a placa na porta. No banheiro não tem box e sim cortina plastica e molhava todo banheiro.

A estadia foi boa. O único inconveniente foi que solicitei a troca da cama de casal por duas de solteiro e não consegui ser atendida, pois a cama não é do tipo que pode ser desmontada.

Impossivel de entrar em contato.

O hotel é impossivel de se falar, não sabiamos da existencia do estacionamento, só na hora. Ninguem consegue contato com hotel. E o banheiro do meu apartamento precisa urgente de uma reforma. O café da mahã muito desorganizado, tivemos que tomar café na recepção, pois as mesas não são limpas, e ficam muito tempo com louça.
