A equipe de atendimento é muito simpática. O quarto é confortável. O chuveiro é de fácil manuseio, tem shampoo, condicionador de cabelo, secador de cabelo, hidratante corporal, tem bom tamanho, é bem claro e iluminado. Tem tomadas de fácil acesso ao lado da cama e sobre a bancada. A bancada tem bom tamanho, permitindo trabalhar confortavelmente. A janela é bem ampla, com vista sobre a cidade (pelo menos nos andares mais altos). Infelizmente, o centro da cidade está muito deteriorado

Hotel conta com 2 elevadores, 1 estava quebrado, então sempre tinha fila para pegar elevador, coisa de ficar mais de 15min esperando pra conseguir subir ou descer. O hotel conta com um morador do décimo quarto andar que é insuportável, cara muito chato e o serviço de limpeza marca as coisas na comanda sem que a você tenha consumido, não repuseram papel higiênico e na hora de trocar toalha deixou toalha faltando, hotel não tem estacionamento, tem parceria com o estacionamento e cobraram 20 por diária. De resto foi ok.

Boa,bastante barulhento o movimento dos ônibus e pessoal na rua S.Dumont,mas a acomodação foi tranquila com bom café da manhã, boa cortesia dos funcionários, eu,especialmente, amo e sempre me hospedo no hotel para a viajar no trem da Vale.

Reforma urgente!

Hotel muito antigo, elevador até trancou com pessoas dentro. Aspecto muito antigo mesmo. Precisa de troca de mobiliário urgente! Ralo do chuveiro igual ao da pia, enchia de água dentro do box pq não tinha vazão. Azulejos caindo. Nosso primeiro quarto a Tv não funcionou, o responsável pela manutenção nos atendeu muito bem, muito prestativo, mas tivemos que trocar de quarto. Banheiro precisa de faxina geral! Limpeza ruim! Coberta rasgada. Os pontos positivos do segundo quarto são, paredes mais limpas, toalhas novíssimas, colchão bom. Mas a mobília ainda muito precária. Local do café da manhã limpo e organizado, mais moderno. Excelente café da manhã. Atendimento de recepção também bom, bem atenciosos.

Quarto em condições precárias. Pia vazando, funcionários discutindo o tempo todo na recepção, e ainda por cima não emitiram nota fiscal, e disseram que eu deveria procurar o Hotéis.com Quem vai me dar a nota? Preciso fazer o reembolso com a empresa, e só consigo isso com a nota fiscal.

A estadia no centro, de dia, foi tranquila, ficamos satisfeitos, porém a noite nos sentimos inseguros. No nosso quarto, as camas estavam confortáveis e limpas, mas a porta do banheiro não fechava. Não houve informação com antecedência que o estacionamento era pago, e o hotel nos disse que a responsabilidade era do site hoteis.com

Ótima estadia, quartos/banheiros limpos, espaçoso, café da manhã excelente, colaboradores educados e simpáticos. No meu andar tem alguns quartos em reforma, mas não atrapalha. Janelas duplas com redução do ruído externo. Recomendo.
