As acomodações são boas e o atendimento também, mas duas coisas não foram uito boas: 1) quando chegamos havia um cheiro muito forte de perfume no quarto. Tivemos que ligar o ar condicionado e deixar a porta aberta por várias horas, 2) Havia goteiras em cima da escada que dá acesso ao quarto, ela estava toda molhada, o que a tornava escorregadia e perigosa.

A propriedade cancelou minha reserva de forma unilateral, mesmo após ligação de minha parte poucas horas antes de minha chegada, ocasião em que a funcionária Jaqueline me informou que a reserva estava confirmada e que estava tudo ok com meu horário de chegada.
