Very nice hotel for short travels. There was no iron or iron board in the room, so we had to go to the last floor to use a common area for ironing and the iron was not working. Very busy in the mornings. The breakfast was really good.

While the hotel was well-located and generally pleasant, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, both in the guest rooms and throughout other areas of the property. Additionally, the front desk staff did not seem particularly helpful or responsive when we had questions, which impacted our overall experience. I also want to note that I paid for a chocolate bar my son took from the minibar, and although the front desk staff member said he would return my change, I never received it.

The hotel has a business like environment, so if you are on vacation, expect a lot of the guests walking through the corridors early morning and an also elevator traffic around the peak times. Ask for your room to be as far as possible of the elevators or you will end up waking up with the crowd early in the morning due to the noise.

Every year we choose Mercure to stay few times. Unfortunately, our last time we didn't have a good experience. In our last day they didn't change the towels, didn't make the bed. We ask several times for service and nothing. We like the hotel, but they have to take more attention with the customers

My girlfriend and I thought it even may have been a scam to get us to open the door and rob us. We called the desk and they said it was their policy and didn’t even apologize!!!!
