The hotel has a business like environment, so if you are on vacation, expect a lot of the guests walking through the corridors early morning and an also elevator traffic around the peak times. Ask for your room to be as far as possible of the elevators or you will end up waking up with the crowd early in the morning due to the noise.

Not a great experience for me

I had a tough time at this place. First, after only a few minutes in my original room, water began leaking from the ceiling. The staff were nice about switching me over to a room nearby. After that, I ordered room service, which I suspect gave me food poisoning. Overall, staff were friendly but it wasn’t the best stay for the reasons mentioned

O Hotel, a estrutura e atendiemnto excelentes.Apenas uma colocoacao referente ao uso de cigarro.Ficamos no quarto 1421 14⁰ andar e estava descrito com area de nao funantes.Sentimoa um forte de cherio de cigsrrro em vsrios momentos, como se estivesse dentro do quarto.Por volta das 21 hs ligamos para recepcao e acisamos, porem o cheiro retornou as 23:40 e pela manha.Estavamos com nossa filha que é asmatica e foi nem dificil passar a noite com esse cheiro.Mas entendendemoa quw nem sempre da para cobtrolar o quenos hospedes fazem dentro do quarto, mesmo pq nao sabiamos de onde estava vindo o cheiro.

While the hotel was well-located and generally pleasant, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, both in the guest rooms and throughout other areas of the property. Additionally, the front desk staff did not seem particularly helpful or responsive when we had questions, which impacted our overall experience. I also want to note that I paid for a chocolate bar my son took from the minibar, and although the front desk staff member said he would return my change, I never received it.
