Noise from street level made conversation difficult even on floor 9. Stopped when bars closed.There are no supplies in kitchen and none at front desk. 2 plates, 2 juice glasses, 2 forks, 2 knives. No mugs , no tea. No Coffee, no bowls. No hot water, no dish soap. Therefore useless kitchen. Breakfast good. Nice bed and toilet paper and lovely Brazilian staff.

A very convenient location in Savassi, and having the room of a suite is fantastic. The internet connection was too slow for the online meetings I had during my stay, but that was the only issue. Breakfast is great.

A localizaçação do hotel é excelente e os quartos muito confortáveis. O café da manhã com muita fartura. No entanto, o barulho dos bares da rua e do restaurante do hotel tornaram a estadia desconfortável. Fiz vários chamados para a recepção reclamando do barulho no restaurante, mas o som só foi parar depois das 24h. No dia seguinte a atendente me disse, que eu solicite da próxima vez um quarto do lado silencioso do hotel!!!
