Hotel ok, quarto bom e confortável. Bairro não é na melhor localização de Belo Horizonte, mas como estávamos de carro, não tivemos problemas. O café da manhã é muito bom, porém próximo da hora de seu término diversas coisas começam a faltar, como por exemplo pães, pão de queijo, presunto, algumas frutas... mas estava muito bom.

Não tinha espaço sufficiente na garagem e não gostei de ser acordado as 7:30 para retirar o carro para uma outra pessoa sair, então acabei de deixar o carro na rua por duas das três noites e não tinha tranquilidade com isso. Além disso, tinha um barulhão no quarto ao lado (301) que era muito alto quando as pessoas ligaram o chuveiro. Também, a nossa pia ficou entupido e a água ficava por muito tempo. ... Café da manhã razoável mas com serviço muito bom e carinhoso. ... Cama bem confortável e quarto limpo.

Fiz a reserva com antecedência, levando em consideração localização e estacionamento. Me comunicaram dias antes do checkin que me remanejaram para outro hotel, cujo serviço me foi extremamente agradável. Reclamo da mudança do estacionamento, que por ser gratuito foi um diferencial na escolha, mas o novo hotel me cobrou R$ 34,00 de taxa adicional.

A única coisa que me agradou foi a cama que é king, mas o restante não atendeu as minhas necessidades. 1° O atendimento o pessoal tem boa vontade mas não consegue atender uma demanda maior em pouco tempo, ou seja, se chegarem muitos clientes não consegue administrar a situação; 2° O Café da manhã achei fraco, deveria ter mais opções; 3° O ralo do banheiro (apto 301) não suportou a vazão da água; 4° Solicitei ligação em uma pizzaria, a atendente esqueceu de fazê-la; 5° Após aguardar a ligação fui na recepção e o telefone não funcionou, tive que me deslocar do hotel em torno de 500m para comprar uma pizza; 6° Tinha muitos hospedes reclamando que reservaram quartos para 3 pessoas e o hotel não cumpriu, o meu quarto por exemplo tinha uma cama de casal e uma outra cama de solteiro, achei estranho. Espero ter ajudado, acredito que as reclamações e/ou elogios servem para o crescimento de um estabelecimento.

A estadia foi ótima, um pouco complicado para a localização pois o GPS em certo momento desaparecia. Tive problemas quanto ao valor cobrado, pois no site deu um valor de promoção e me foi cobrado outro. Paguei para reserva, porem no hotel fui mal atendida por um funcionário, que não resolveu nada e foi muito grosso.Enfim foi cobrado exatamente uma diária a mais. Serviço de cozinha muito bom.Não quero publicação, mas gostaria que a trivago e o hotel entrasse num acordo quanto aos preços. Obrigada

Hotel novo. Mas o ar-condicionado não funcionava bem, a janela não abria muito e o frigobar é muito fraco. Tem frigobar e bancada com pia, mas sem utensílios. O banheiro é pequeno.

Cheguei no hotel e não encontraram minha reserva que era para um casal, após uma conversa com o responsável pelo hotel, só foi possível ficar em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Estou desapontado com o serviço da Hotéis.com e entrarei com recurso para ter meu dinheiro de volta. Ps: não foi possível guardar o carro na garagem porque não tinham vagas.

Bom hotel, apenas o Bairro em que esta localizado deixa um pouco a desejar. A garagem é apertada e os carros são estacionados de forma perpendicular, de maneira que acabam se bloqueando. No entanto, não acredito que a garagem seja uma desvantagem, uma vez que é oferecida gratuitamente aos hóspedes.

They need to fix wiffi because it is a big issue. It did not work at all in my room. Only very slow in the lobby.
