There was only one power outlet working in the room and it had the tv plugged in, which I had to remove it so I could charge me devices. The shower was so small and there was no space for anything in the room

Primeiro o estacionamento é pago isso não fala na descrição. São três camas sendo que a terceira eles te dão a roupa de cama para Você arrumar. Ao chegar o quarto a porta estava com a tranca estragada. Quarto de 3 camas é impossível abrir mala de três( levamos 2 malas e teve que ficar debaixo da cama) café da manhã a máquina jogava o pó para fora e não saía café direito. Equipe super despreparada, atendimento, conhecimento do próprio hotel, falta da informações. Sou governanta executiva e falo com toda certeza hotel não atinge as exigências mínimas .
