O hotel possui ótima localização e funcionários muito atenciosos. Como pontos negativos, posso citar que o quarto não possui frigobar e nem locais adequados para pendurar as toalhas de banho, não conseguimos de jeito nenhum conectar o wi-fi na TV e a cama fazia muito barulho ao deitarmos.

Limpeza e segurança ruins

Atendimento ótimo. A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, tinha formiga nos móveis, na escrivaninha e até na cama. A segurança também deixou a desejar: dois funcionários entraram no meu quarto para testar o alarme de fumaça, sem aviso prévio. Sorte a minha que eu estava em reunião, mas poderia estar tomando banho, por exemplo. Comuniquei o evento para a recepção que se desculpou e disse que a orientação era para eles não entrarem em quartos com hóspedes.
