O Hotel é muito bom, bem localizado e equipe cordial e muito disposta! O quarto é bem espaçoso e o banheiro muito limpo, apesar de antiguinho. Minha única reclamação é sobre a internet wi-fi: nossa estadia era à trabalho e o wi-fi de alta velocidade foi um dos critérios para escolha do hotel. Porém na pratica ele não funcionava: o site que pedia o cadastro para usar internet de alta velocidade dava erro o tempo todo e, quando funcionou, a internet conectava mas não tinha velocidade suficiente para trabalhar com qualidade. Precisei usar meus dados do celular para trabalhar e notei que vários outros hospedes faziam o mesmo. Se você precisa trabalhar durante a estadia e depende do wi-fi, pode ter problemas. Mas como hotel para férias, é ótimo e recomendo muito!

Quarto pequeno e aos finais de semana a limpeza é demorada. Quanto ao ar condicionado ele não é muito eficaz. Alguns atendentes eram prestativos e outros não. O acesso é fácil e a entrada é bem bonita. O acesso para os quartos tem uma porta de vidro que não ajuda muito os hospedes, passar o cartão, segurar a porta pesada de vidro e ainda carregar as mãos torna tudo difícil
