Very good hotel, great breakfast spread and helpful and friendly restaurant staff. The standard rooms are very tight and space was maximized to accommodate the most amount of rooms so often times the reception, elevators, driveway, and breakfast tables were overloaded and understaffed. It did take an exceptional waiting time to check-in and out but the complimentary pão de queijo and coffee was a nice touch.

Conveniently located hotel. It is a budget hotel, though. The blankets are thin and there’s mildew on the grout in the bathroom. However it’s comfortable, everything in the room works, and the staff are helpful and speak English.

Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update !

For the price paid I was expecting a better value for money. It was just ok. The location is fair. The members of staff are okay. We asked for iron and ironing board three times and never got it. You have to request room cleaning each day as they don’t clean it by default. There is no tea or coffee in the room. Although breakfast was very decent. Probably the best thing about the hotel. The hotel seems old and worn out but it’s relatively clean and comfortable. It’s just okay but not a good value for money in my opinion.

This is my favorite hotel in Belo Horizonte. Great location, the area around the hotel is very nice with several options for restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and transportation. The staff is very attentive. The room is a good size, with a good bed and shower. The breakfast is excellent.
