O hotel fica muito bem localizado e próximo aos mercados Central e Novo, com comércio variado ao redor. Andamos pequena distância até a Feira Hippie, que acontece todo domingo de manhã. A equipe foi muito solícita e foi possível antecipar nosso horário de check in. O quarto é pequeno e tinha apenas um ventilador na parede, mas nos atendeu razoavelmente bem. No banheiro, o espaço entre o sanitário e o box é um pouco apertado, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia.

Desde a minha chegada até a saída eu fui super bem atendida por todos da equipe do Hotel São Bento, principalmente Sr. Antonio, super atencioso e educado, que resolveu meu Check-out pois eu tinha errado a saída devido o horário do meu voo. Café da manhã sem opções e com alimentos de duvidosa qualidade. Presunto quase vencido, bolo com mal sabor e sem ovos mexidos. Quarto sem luz, importunação por parte dos funcionários ao ponto de me causaram grandes constrangimentos. No final da estadia me trocaram para um quarto melhor porém já tinha passado 80% da estadia sofrendo o péssimo serviço e atenção anterior.

Atendimento dos funcionários excelente! Muito cordiais, prestativos e atenciosos. O quarto estava limpo e em boas condições, o ar condicionado funcionou normalmente. Café da manhã com muitas opções e deliciosas! A tv tinha tv a cabo, só que a tv não conectava no wifi, mas com a ajuda dos funcionários conseguimos espelhar o celular. A luz do banheiro estava queimada, mas não nos atrapalhou pois foi oferecido outro quarto com banheiro. Adorei a estadia! Vou retornar próxima vez que estiver em BH.
