Trata-se de um prédio antiquíssimo, simples e com apartamentos pequenos. Banheiro com cortinas "tipo casa da bisavó", mas possuí cama boa, roupas de cama limpas e de boa assepsia geral. Pelo valor, tem bom custo benefício! Café da manhã simples, mas tudo bem arrumado e organizado!

Hotel, beeeem simples. Estrutura velha. Os quartos são muito próximos um do outro e é permitido fumar dentro do quarto, então quando outras pessoas fumavam, eu ficava sufocada com fedor de cigarro dentro do meu quarto. O café da manhã também é ruim. Pouca variedade, sucos de saquinho e pão.
