O quarto apresentava limpeza adequada; entretanto, o teto do banheiro exibia mofo e uma perfuração. As imagens divulgadas não correspondem à realidade do local. A estrutura do hotel é notavelmente antiga, com paredes danificadas e massa corrida em desprendimento. O jardim de inverno encontra-se ressecado, com madeiras deterioradas, conferindo um aspecto de abandono. Foram observadas baratas no corredor, e uma delas permaneceu no local por três dias. O secador de cabelo emitia ruído, mas não funcionava. O chuveiro apresentava falha no disjuntor durante o uso, resultando em interrupção do aquecimento da água. Lamentavelmente, a experiência geral foi insatisfatória, especialmente considerando que a acomodação designada como "quarto luxo" não atendia a essa descrição.

Local limpo, pessoal da recepção atencioso. O problema foi no café da manhã. Cheguei para o café as 8:00 , não tinha café, xícaras nem pratos..., algum tempo depois foi colocado uma nova garrafa de café, porém o café ja veio frio, foi informado para a moça que estava repondo o café da manhã e ela simplesmente ignorou a informação.

Embora seja um hotel muito bem localizado de relevante projeto arquitetônico, encontra-se em péssimo estado de conservação. Paredes / pintura extremamente danificadas, vidros quebrados, vasos e plantas super malcuidados, iluminação precária, enfim tudo ultrapassado e decadente. Tudo tem aspecto de ABANDONO. Quanto aos serviços, oferecem o básico do básico. Destaque para colchão, travesseiros e roupas de cama: PIOR IMPOSSÍVEL.

Não tive experiência muito boa. Fiquei 4 dias e nao tive limpeza de quarto; quando cheguei me colocaram num quarto com cama extremamente dura, com a vista p/ uma "area externa" esquisita, com janelas p/ outros quartos, muitos pernilongos e travesseiros muiiitoooo sujos/encardidos, bem diferente do anúncio. Solicitei a troca de quarto e fui atendida. O café da manhã é fraco, café frio e as coisas acabaram rápido. Hotel tem uma ótima localização e funcionários bem educados e atenciosos.

Quarto antigo, com estrutura bem ruim, banheiro nao estava 100% limpo, banheiro apresentava mofos, fiação exposta, apresentava iluminação ruim tambem, a televisao nao é smart, a cama de casal na verdade sao duas camas de solteiro que eles juntam e fica horrivel para dormir pois abre um buraco no meio.
