This hotel has affordable valet parking and a great location in the middle of downtown with great access to everything including the municipal park. The building is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. Overall a great stay at a good value.

Stayed at this hotel several times. Location is convenient for downtown and near the bus station. Nazarene, front desk, was very helpful and professional. The entire hotel staff is kind. I would recommend this hotel.

O quarto que fiquei desta vez era para os fundos, não pegava sol. O odor de quarto fechado por muito tempo estava forte e pedimos pra trocar, como não havia outros quartos disponíveis no momento permanecemos nele mesmo a contragosto, pois não conseguiriamos de imediato ir pra outro hotel (sugestão dada pelo atendente da recepção). O banheiro apresentava vários pontos de mofo devido a falta de janela e sol no ambiente. Outro ponto negativo são os cartões de acesso ao quarto e elevador, todos os dias era necessário ir até a recepção e pedir para atualizar pois não funcionavam. A localização é excelente, o café da manhã satisfatório e as moças da limpeza prestativas e educadas.

Hotel possui uma equipe maravilhosa, simpática desde recepção ao café da manhã! O problema maior foi o elevador com muitos problemas, fiquei presa por uma hora,foi terrível, pensei fosse morrer. Talvez por esse motivo não me hospedo mais no hotel tive que ficar subindo e descendo escadas de tão apavorada que fiquei. Todo dia era um problema com elevador. Uma pena!!

Eu já tinha ficado no hotel em 2019 e em 2026 o encontrei reformado, mas sempre limpo, funcional, bem localizado, perto de tudo… eu por algum motivo adoro aquela região e também não é longe para conhecer partes mais nobres da cidade. Altamente reconhecível e recomendável. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Limpeza impecável. As camas macias, confortáveis. Mesmo se você estiver a trabalho e com pressa, recomendo ir ao Parque Municipal, a feira hippie que acontece aos domingos e a loja das frutas que fica pertinho. E ao mercado central, naturalmente. Não faltam opções e possibilidades. O café da manhã é muito gostoso e há muitas opções. Obrigado pela estadia.

Quarto muito bom e bem conservado. O café da manhã é o destaque. Maravilhoso! Localização excelente também. O único “problema” é o barulho dos elevadores funcionando durante a noite mas tudo bem. No início a gente até pensou que era barulho de vento e decidimos que seria barulho de vento mesmo e relaxamos. Rsrsrsrsrs. Em contrapartida os elevadores são rapidíssimos. Enfim, gostei muito do hotel.

A água,quente do chuveiro estava morna. Para usar o elevador, é necessário um cartão que dá acesso apenas ao andar do quarto, alem do térreo e do quinto andar, onde é servido o café. Para ir ao quarto de uma amiga que viajou conosco, foi preciso subir 9 andares de escada e em 3 deles as luzes não acenderam. O café da manhã é muito bom. Ovos mexidos excelentes, 5 variedades de frutas e 3 de sucos naturais. Os funcionários foram muito educados e atenciosos.
