A localização do hotel é perfeita. O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários mais velhos são muito atenciosos e solícitos, os mais jovens são prestativos. O café da manhã é agradável. A porta da entrada não é tão eficiente, para entrar e sair com bolsas e malas é um pouco difícil. Falta uma sinalização também na entrada. O box é um pouco apertado e o registro do chuveiro estava envolto em fita isolante, mesmo assim estava dando choque ao ser utilizado para fechar a água. No geral, a experiência foi boa.

Café da manhã fraco. Chuveiro com saída de água igual mangueira. Colchão muito ruim (fino). Foi combinado com hotels.com pagamento, valor das diárias dividido. Ficou também combinado realizar o pagamento no próprio hotel. Porém lá não aceitaram dividir o valor, tive que pagar a vista. Tive que refazer minhas despesas pois BH não era o local final da minha viagem.

Uma experiência indesejável! O atendimento de recepção é pior dos piores. Atendentes rudes e antipáticos. Sem menor cortesia para com hóspedes! Serviço de quarto não existe. Você desce para pegar uma bebida e ao pegar, pede-se para anotar na comanda de seu quarto e asperanente o funcionário diz que tudo ali é a vista! Você pede uma taça ou copo e talheres e eles não dispõem... surreal isso. Que hotel é esse no centro de Belo Horizonte? Dignos de meia estrela ou nenhuma. Estacionamento com preço exorbitante. Nota 1000 para a senhora da limpeza de quartos... um amor de pessoa assim como as do café da manhã... perfeitas e educadas. Está na lista de onde não ir.

A experiência no Hotel Esplanada foi boa no geral. A localização é ótima, a equipe foi muito atenciosa e o hotel estava bem limpo, o que deixou a estadia mais confortável. Por outro lado, a cama e os travesseiros precisam de uma atenção. O colchão era maior que a própria cama e velho, o que acabou sendo bem desconfortável, e os travesseiros tinham aparência de velhos e desgastados, não ajudando em nada a dormir. Acho que esses pontos fariam uma grande diferença na experiência dos hóspedes se fossem melhorados, Mesmo assim, o atendimento e a localização foram pontos muito positivos da estadia.

A equipe foi muito prestativa, o quarto estava limpo e o café da manhã, embora simples, era bem servido e satisfatório. A cama era confortável, porém fazia um pouco de barulho ao nos movimentarmos, e o colchão parecia maior que a cama ou já bastante gasto, formando uma “concha” no meio. Ainda assim, para uma estadia curta como a nossa, atendeu bem às expectativas dentro da proposta do hotel, com ótimo custo-benefício.
