Bem ruim, hotel antigo e estrutura precisando de manutenção. Meus amigos e eu tivemos alergia e precisamos tomar remédio. Como precisávamos de um hotel com estacionamento, pensamos que esse hotel nos atenderia, mas no fim o estacionamento é pago e não compensou, teria sido melhor pegar um hotel melhor e pagar um estacionamento privativo a parte.

O que eu mais gostei foi o fato do prédio ter características de um casarão, assim sua acústica cancela o ruído externo, uma vez que o hotel está situado em uma região de BRT. O que pode melhorar são os móveis que são um pouco antigos. Mesmo assim, minha avaliação é positiva pois o atendimento da recepção é ótimo e espero voltar mais vezes.

O pior hotel q ja fiquei na minha vida, instalações precárias, check-in estranhamente feito, nao foi pedido os documentos dos meus filhos, apenas o meu CPF, me cobraram 25 reais pelo uso da garagem, algo que nao estava incluso, café da manha da pior espécie, não tive coragem de comer, hotel velho, sujo. Nem sei como isso ainda funciona, experiência péssima, nem de graça eu ficaria novamente, encontrarmos cabelo na cama, porta do banheiro sem maçaneta, ar condicionado mal gelava. Vários usuarios de drogas na porta do hotel, causando insegurança aos hóspedes.
