Muitos produtos estavam velhos, por exemplo a rosquinha podia-se ver que era um produto mais antigo e quando fomos tomar café as 9 da manhã, tinha poucas opções. Funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos, mas a estrutura do quarto deixa muito a desejar, espelhos todos arranhados,porta do box do banheiro não estava fechando e os travesseiros eram muito ruins.

Fui para um quarto melhor (sem custo), mas, infelizmente não consegui dormir um minuto. Em frente o hotel, tem um boteco que ficou aberto até às 5h. Muito barulho. Infelizmente, a experiência foi negativa

Quando fiz o check inn, um dos elevadores não me levava para o andar do meu quarto depois ambos foram desligados e o acesso ao 4º andar era feito por escadas. Solicitei limpeza do quarto e foi informado não ia ser possível devido o problema com os elevadores. A cortina do quarto e em uma das paredes tinham manchas nojentas. A região é bem barulhenta.

Muito bem localizado, perto da praça... A equipe do hotel é bem atenciosa e o quarto é bom. Minha única reclamação foi a limpeza do quarto, apesar do banheiro e cama estarem limpos, o chão do quarto estava sujo. Tirando isso tive uma boa estadia.
