Best receptionists!

I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the people at the front desk for helping me in my urgent need. Muito obrigada! Thank you to Mr Gomes from the restaurant for his kindness and affable conversation! Breakfast was awesome!

Gostei muito do hotel, minha primeira vez ficando em Belo Horizonte, e praticamente apenas pontos positivos. Ao chegar no quarto apenas percebi uns fios de cabelo no chão, mas de resto, estava tudo muito limpo (roupa de cama, toalhas e banheiro). O café da manhã é excelente, o restaurante também é muito bom, super recomendo, possui um cardápio completo, com pratos saborosos e os preços estavam melhores que nos restaurantes localizados na região. Voltarei com toda certeza.

Café da manhã é muito bom com enorme variedade. Atendimento dos colaboradores muito bom. Mas dessa vez, o chuveiro estava gelado, e a água vazando na fresta da porta do box, pedi para olharem e nada foi feito. Piscina estava suja. Eu havia me hospedado em julho e voltamos pela qualidade, que dessa vez deixou a desejar.

Hotel excelente! É a segunda vez que vou a BH para realizar concurso e a primeira vez em que me hospedei no Gran Vivenzo. Funcionários bem cordiais e solicitos. Tudo muito limpo e arrumado no quarto. Sem contar a cortesia oferecida pelo hotel (água, suco e refrigerante no frigobar), uma forma de cativar o cliente ainda mais. O café da manhã: EXCELENTE! Variedades de opções no café da manhã e tudo muito saboroso (iogurtes, frutas e café à vontade), sem contar o funcionário Sr. Gomes extremamente solícito e com um sorriso largo cativando a todos. Voltarei, com toda certeza! Recomendo demais!

Adoramos a estadia. Funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos Limpeza nota 10 Quarto super confortável Voltaria com certeza. Boa localização, a poucos minutos do Minas Shopping (durante o dia é possível ir caminhando). As refeições no restaurante são bem servidas. Beneficio de água, suco e refrigerante como cortesia. Cama confortável e ótimo ducha. Café da manhã variado, com muitas opções de frutas. Faltaram apenas itens sem lactose.
