The staff was always cordial and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good even if it needed frequent adjustments at the beginning. The breakfast was great and varied. The location was great within the Savassi neighborhood and it allowed us to walk to many restaurants, bars and stores in the area.

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of places. Very friendly and polite staff. Food at the restaurant was very good, and I thought prices were fair. Stayed here for the Exposibram 2022. Hotel is comfortable, clean and in a great area - Savassi. Staff speak English, have a well equipped gym, steamroom and sauna as well as spa on site. Only complaint is that the room wasn’t as sound proof as required and the street was noisy from time to time.
