The hotel is very outdated. The room had no soap in the shower area. On the positive side, the breakfast wasn't bad and the transportation to and from the airport was very good. Overall though, the Linx Hotel close to Confins airport is a better hotel.

The staff was fantastic, the cleaning crew was very efficient, specially a lady named Marissa. The bed sheets and towels were white like brand new; bathroom and bedroom impeccable. The bartender Sergio was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the city, even helped charging my phone, i didn’t have my charger and adapter. Front desk also very efficient, ready to help with any requests, got me a trustworthy taxi driver that took me everywhere. Hotel was safe, clean, and the breakfast was something else, like resort level!

Very weak and unreliable WIFI signal. Most of the time no WiFi available. When it becomes available, it’s just for few minutes 5 to 10 . Do not order picanha on restaurant, they will bring a terrible hard to chew meat. There’s no others place to eat near by.
