A great place facing the Pampulha lake where you can join the locals take a couple miles easy walk around the lake and admires the architectures of the museums, beautiful church and mansions built in late 20th century. The staff was friendly but translation apps needed for further assistance after check-in.

O hotel fica numa área bem acessível dentro da região da Pampulha, porém algumas coisas ficaram a desejar quando chegamos no quarto parecia que os lençóis não haviam sido lavados, precisamos pedir a troca e eles fizeram prontamente de fato acredito que tenha sido algum erro pois os lençóis estava com aspecto de sujo, o café da manhã é ótimo, maravilhoso, ficamos numa mesa com a vista linda que dava para ver a lagoa da Pampulha, só foi os lençóis o único problema, de restante nos atendeu super bem.

- Quando chegamos fomos direcionados para um quarto desarrumado. Fomos direcionados para outro quarto cujo a aleta da evapora do ar condicionado quebrada. Fixei ela com fita adesiva. - Na propaganda diz ter estacionamento gratuito. Foi cobrado R$30,00 pela diária. - No dia 31/01 perguntamos na recepção do café da manhã se o restaurante funcionaria para o jantar. Nos foi dito que sim. Por volta das 20h, descemos e para nossa supresa estava fechado. Sem opção para jantar, pois, estava tudo fechado, fomos obrigados a comprar a entrada para uma festa de reveillon por R$380.

O hotel é muito bom e esta em excelente localização, como muitas atividades para se realizar perto, porém necessita de uma manuteção urgente! A equipe é maravilhosa, todos os funcionários são educados e gentis. Entretanto, apesar da ótima localização, o hotel precisa urgentemente de manutenções, como por exemplo o banheiro do 216 que vaza água e molha tapete e todo o chão do banheiro! Além disso, o aparelho que configura as chaves do quartos não estava funcionando, o que para mim é inadmissível, visto que os funcionários tinha que subir com a gente todas as vezes para abrir as porta!
