This property really matter needs well. One strange thing was that they had two big desks in the main room rather than couches, but we didn’t have any need for couches, so it was not a problem. Desks were great to set luggage on.

Pictures of the property doesn't describe well the place. Rooms are little dirty (they never cleaned the floors) and walls are VERY DIRTY . Its a flat but not even have a microwave or any utensils. Rooms needs desperate an update especially i the bathroom Beds and mattress are old and little curved. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast has good selection but if you stay for 5 days they don't change menu. It's look like a friend old apartment. Don't have high expectations.

Ótima estadia,como já me hospedei lá por 3 vezes então percebo que não dão manutenção e troca em móveis que estão estragados, exemplo a cadeiras das mesas na área da jacuzzi e nas espreguiçadeiras, sofá da recepção já acabou a espuma e fica o buraco. Hotel é ótimo, bem localizado. Atendimento excelente, administração precisa olhar cada detalhe como se fosse hóspede!

Essa foi a terceira vez, as duas primeiras foram perfeitas. Agora trouxe mais 11 pessoas, ficamos em um Flat com aspecto de Velho, cama péssima. Nesse momento não consegui dormir o ar condicionado desligado está fazendo barulho na lata devido a chuva e da eco, vou gravar um vídeo parece estar em casa de telhado do latão. Fogão antigo e nas gretas sujas bem largas da nojo. Esse flat não recomendo. Ficarei na próxima standard luxo. Porque nesse nunca mais. Pior que ainda tenho outra diária no mesmo. Att,

A localização é muito boa com mercado e opções de comida perto. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, treinamento nota 10. O café da manhã bom para o padrão, todos os dias com pão de queijo delicioso. Os quartos precisam de uma reforma e modernizar, mas no geral atendeu muito bem as necessidades de minha família. Sempre fico em redes maiores, mas como era Natal precisava de cozinha e levei meu cachorrinho...então p mim foi na medida certa. O ar gelava bem e a cozinha tudo funcionando direitinho( só lembrem de levar os utensílios pq não fornecem). Numa próxima vosita à BH volto a me hospedar nele com certeza.
