Pictures of the property doesn't describe well the place. Rooms are little dirty (they never cleaned the floors) and walls are VERY DIRTY . Its a flat but not even have a microwave or any utensils. Rooms needs desperate an update especially i the bathroom Beds and mattress are old and little curved. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast has good selection but if you stay for 5 days they don't change menu. It's look like a friend old apartment. Don't have high expectations.

This property really matter needs well. One strange thing was that they had two big desks in the main room rather than couches, but we didn’t have any need for couches, so it was not a problem. Desks were great to set luggage on.

Overall it ok, but the internet was not very helpful, we had a lot of trouble keeping connected. Unstable internet. Room keys had to be reprogrammed almost all the time. They were not programmed once for the entire time we were there. Pretty inconvenient to have to go several times to front desk to have reprogrammed.

A equipe é muito boa. Todos são bem treinados. Fui super bem atendido. Infelizmente, quanto ao quarto em que fiquei, estava com um cheiro bastante desagradável. Quarto estava bem organizado, só deveria colocar uma lixeira com pezinho. Wi-Fi confuso, tendo várias redes até acerta foi um tempo bom, poderia colocar por andar o nome do Wi-Fi. Café da manhã poderia melhorar, o suco de laranja estava azedo com gosto de velho, suco de laranja se não for do dia não presta. Ponto forte para o estacionamento já está incluso, porém muito apertado e deveria ter pessoas para auxiliar quando um carro entrar. No mais como foi só um dia, foi aceitável e voltarei de boa, porém precisa se atentar aos feedbacks.
