Hotel com boas acomodações. mas, c serviço péssimo

As acomodações do hotel são boas, porém, o ar refrigerado não funcionava direito, o telefone é como se não existisse. Não tinha toalhas de banho nos quartos e depois de insistentes reclamações, mandaram entregar as toalhas molhadas e fedidas. O frigobar vazio e desligado. O hóspede tinha que descer até a recepção do hotel e pegar, na geladeira, o que precisasse (eram poucas as opções) e assinar a comanda. Não havia nenhum copo no quarto. E tudo isso, não era só no meu quarto, eram em todos. A reclamação era geral. Uma decadência só...

Atendimento excelente, mas precisa manutenção

O atendimento dos funcionários do Hotel é excelente. O café da manhã é bom, mas precisa chegar cedo, pois senão vai comer ovo mexido e pão de queijo frios. O que precisa melhorar é a manutenção dos quartos: ar condicionados velhos, barulhentos e com partes coladas com fita crepe, assim como formicas descolando na parede da cozinha. Estranhei também que este apart hotel não tem nenhum prato, talher, panelas para usar no fogão... A limpeza também é muito bem feita. Se quiser fugir do barulho, avise na recepção para lhe indicarem um quarto na coluna 5 (tem um pouco menos de barulho), pois o hotel fica proximo a avenidas, tem barulho a noite inteira de carros e motos e musicas altas. A estadia foi boa devido ao excelente atendimento dos funcionarios que sempre buscavam nos atender com cordialidade e rapidez.

Esperava mais!

Unidade habitacional espaçosa, composta de quarto, sala e cozinha americana. Ar condicionado barulhento. Desliguei-o e abri a janela, que não ficava aberta. Religuei o ar. Custei a dormir. Chuveiro com jato de água extremamente fraco. Poucas tomadas de energia no apto. Café da manhã razoável. Restaurante do hotel funciona até 13h, não provendo serviço de quarto.

A pior experiencia entre minhas estadias

Fiquei hospedada neste hotel várias vezes mais dessa vez me surpreendeu, o café da manhã é servido no quarto e chega frio e a qualidade do café da manhã está bem inferior que antes. Não tinha virou na cama, além do cobertor esta sujo. Não tinha secador de cabelo e quando liguei na recepção do hotel perguntando sobre o secador me falaram que tinha queimado.
