I stayed during the period 23 - 27 August 2026 and had good experiences: clean room, friendly staff (although none could speak English, so we had to rely on google translate) and excellent breakfast. Affordable prices. Located in the vicinity of the mall, shops, metro, busses. noisy some evenings. I would definitely book this hotel when I would travel to Belo Horizonte again.

1. To boost tourism, the staff should reasonably be able to speak English. 2. More chairs in the lounge for the arrival of customers. 3. Have a roadmap available with importens numbers and places such as: subway, police, etc
