The bed is very comfortable, the room has a good size, the breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and it has a workout room. The only thing is the space at the garage is small and the area has a busy main road. I recommend

É a terceira vez que ficamos no hotel, sempre fomos bem atendidos, não tínhamos nenhuma reclamação, até que dessa vez aconteceu um episódio lamentável, percebemos ao acordar de manhã que a roupa de cama que usamos possivelmente não tinha sido trocada, pq o lençol na parte dos pés ao levantar o viril estava sujo de sangue, que com certeza foi do hospede anterior. Nós reclamamos na recepção, eles foram no quarto, trocaram a roupa de cama, mas ficamos muito contrariados com a situação, pq é uma situação de falta com a higiene do ambiente.

O atendimento via whatsapp deixa a desejar, tanto da hospedagem quanto do restaurante. Perguntei por detalhes sobre o pacote para casal e não obtive nenhuma informação além do site. Pelo whatsapp, o restaurante me informou sobre um preço para casal. Entretanto, já hospedado, liguei do quarto para o restaurante e eles disseram que nao fazem pacote para casal. Tentei confirmar a informação pelo whatsapp, mas só responderam quando já estávamos jantando em um restaurante fora do hotel. Quanto à hospedagem, todos da recepção são muito educados. A decoração do prédio é de muito bom gosto. O quarto é bem limpo e confortável. PONTO NEGATIVO: Reservei a suíte duplex, mas não tinha TV no cômodo de baixo (informado no anúncio). O sofá-cama estava armado como cama, e preferimos não mexer. Logo, o andar de baixo se fez desnecessário. O andar de cima, que é bem menor, serviu de quarto e sala de estar ao mesmo tempo (péssimo). A vista, realmente é muito bonita. A panorâmica do restaurante é um plus. O café da manhã é espetacular. Em resumo, era para ser um fim de semana comemorando aniversário de casamento e poderia ter sido 100%, mas não foi. Não precisava ser como o pacote de núpcias (com decoração do quarto, flores, pétalas, espumante...), por isso não optei por este serviço. Mas também não tivemos um suporte enquanto casal. Ficou parecendo uma hospedagem executiva de uma viagem normal em qualquer data.

Tudo limpinho. Como estivemos em época de pouco movimento então para o café da manhã tivemos que preencher um formulário com opões que degustamos diferentemente do café que já vimos no hotel com muitas outras opões. Já estive lá e não paguei estacionamento, agora é cobrado mas o valor não é exorbitante. Pessoal muito atencioso e prestativo.

O hotel possui ótima localização, com fácil acesso a diversas regiões da cidade, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos mesmo com o trânsito. O café da manhã é variado, bem servido e de boa qualidade, com várias opções. O quarto estava limpo, confortável e com ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente.
