The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

O hotel é bom, numa região de fácil acesso e relativamente tranquila, um bom custo beneficio. O restaurante do hotel serve diferentes tipos de comida, provamos um pouco da comida japonesa e pedimos pratos italianos que estavam bons, o café da manhã também estava bom e variado. O staff é bem amigável e prestativo. O único ponto que preciso pontuar, é a limpeza, o quarto estava ok, o banheiro acredito que pode ser melhor limpo.

Funcionário arrogante

No primeiro dia de estadia, tivemos um problema com um funcionário do turno da noite que se apresentou como “Marco Aurélio”. Chegamos no hotel por voltar das 22:20 e nos deparamos com uma folha pregada na entrada da garagem, onde dizia que as vagas do primeiro piso estavam esgotadas e que só havia vagas no segundo piso. Pois bem, Paramos o carro na entrada da garagem e ninguém abriu o portão. Depois de um tempo, desci do carro e apertei o interfone, quando saiu para fora um senhor que trabalha na recepção, se apresentando como Marco Aurélio. O funcionário em questão, em tom EXTREMAMENTE RÍSPIDO, nos disse: “Você não está vendo que acabou as vagas do primeiro piso e que só tem no segundo?” Eu disse que havia lido e questionei se havia alguma diferença. Ele me respondeu que era apertado para descer, que só cabia o meu carro lá embaixo e que eu “dei sorte, se não, meu carro iria dormir na rua”. Tudo isso, em tom de deboche e grosseria. Eu disse que não, que eu havia feito a reserva COM ESTACIONAMENTO, no entanto, ele disse que isso não importava, que o prédio possui 78 moradores (não entendi muito bem, já que eu estava NUM HOTEL) e que se eu chegasse lá e não tivesse vagas, meu carro dormiria na rua. Por fim, diante disso, pela falta de educação desse funcionário, deixamos de dar uma boa avaliação aqui no aplicativo. No mais, o restante dos funcionários foram super solícitos e atenciosos.

Razoável o Hotel

Creio que minha avaliação vai no sentindo de se buscar a melhora do hotel, no intúito de se tornar cada vez melhor para seus usuários. Notei que na arrumação do quarto, foi utiliado o mesmo jogo de cama da noite anterior, bem como não foram trocadas as toalhas usadas. Faltou copo no quarto para o consumo de bebidas. Quando inquirida sobre o fato, a atendente avisou que teria que descer até a recepção e buscar copo descartável. A piscina tem um tamanho razoável, todavia, em face do carnaval, tinha muito pouca cadeira e espreguiçadeira, algo que deveria ser observado pela gerencia para a reposição destes móveis, já que, na falta deles, eu e minha esposa desistimos de usar este equipamento, não seria confortável sair da piscina e ficar em pé ou colocar nossos objetos no chão extremamente quente. Não é liberado toalhas para o banho de piscina. Necessário fazer uso da toalha de banho do quarto, segundo me informou a camareira, que com boa vontade, me liberou uma toalha limpa. Imaginem isso se já não trocam as tolhas na limpeza. Necessário uma atenção maior para períodos de grande demana. No mais, os quartos são de bom tamanho, banheiro com secador e preços razoáveis de acordo com que o hotel propos. A localização não é central. Necessário tempo em torno de 20 min de Uber para o centro. Mas, bairro agradável. Liberdade, com restaurantes e lanchonete por perto.
