The breakfast was delicious and very generous, and I particularly appreciated the availability of Kosher meals. Additionally, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were consistently kind and patient. It smelled so nice.

I would not recommend this hotel.

We are frequent travellers and understand qualities a 4 star hotel offers. We were so disappointed that we would rate this as 1 star. No hat water. Staff did not resolve the situation during our stay. Most uncomfortable bed (springs poking through mattress). Sewer smell in bathroom, we reported this but staff were not concerned, No management to communicate with, Extremely unpleasant stay.

O Sinai Hotel fica situado no centro de Belmonte, bem perto dos lindos museus que possuiu, da sinagoga, do castelo e da igreja. Fomos muito recebidos por uma simpática recepcionista que nos forneceu preciosas informações acerca do que poderíamos visitar. Chamou o chef do restaurante que nos aconselhou o menu para o jantar: "Costeleta de sardinha" e "Bacalhau com queijo da Serra" - tudo delicioso.

Hôtel propre, personnel accueillant. Check in possible à partir de 16h00, erreur de ma part je me suis présentée à 15h, la chambre étant prête, nous avons pu en profiter de suite.
