Stayed here when we moved our kiddo into WWU. One of the better business-style hotels we've stayed at. Clean, fresh, updated, and friendly. Bar in the lobby if you need it. Quick drive to campus, Costco, restaurants. The breakfast was actually pretty good.

Well maintained property. We (three of us) stayed in a one-bedroom suite and the space was perfect for us. The rooms weee clean, with good amenities, and the staff was very helpful. TownePlace Suites and Spring Suites are adjoined (you check-in at Springfield and dine there as well). Overall, our stay was excellent and we will stay there again if our travels take us that way.

We were so impressed and comfortable on our stay! The staff was AMAZING! from housekeeping to the people at the front desk! Everyone helped us out with recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Having a kitchen was so helpful and more economical for us. Onsite free washer and dryers and a great fitness room were also accessible. It was an all around great experience!

The breakfast is excellent but the rooms are far from sound proof as the noise from the road is constant but not as loud as the foot steps from the room above. As such, this place is way over priced. Won’t be staying here when I am in town next year even though I have a BonVoy membership.

We had a very nice relaxing stay. Our roomwas clean and comfortable. Lovely to have kitchen facilities. Didn't get to use pool, our choice, too crowded with kids. Janal? was wonderful at check in. Elizabeth made our room clean and inviting. This hotel is a favorite of ours

Had an issue with the cleanliness of our stay at check in, service staff upgrafed us to a 2 bedroom suite. After we explained our daighter was allergic to the pet dander we found on the pullout couch. We appreciated this reasonable courtesy given the circumstances.

Nice staff. Great room. Breakfast is always good, though they must have been slammed right before we went down since there were missing food items. With a snow storm over the last couple of days its probably reasonable to not expect the usual excellent service be get here.
