Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, what you would expect from a continental breakfast. The only issue we had was not being able to control the AC in room. Or daughter had lots of room to run around. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were great, and the facility was clean. However there was no temperature regulation in the room so it was too hot for me to sleep properly, and the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. In addition the mini fridge had been turned off so when I opened it water ran out on the floor, since the ice had melted.

An adequate and clean 2 star hotel. The hotel is nicely located about 10 minutes from Belleville, an hour from Sandbanks provincial park, and about 45 minutes to wine country. Rooms are a bit dated but were well cleaned. The hotel is also really nicely located with several fast food and restaurant options right there for a quick bite. Staff were friendly. The free breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee and waffles.

The location is excellent, right off the highway and lots of places to eat in walking distance from hotel. Room was okay for sleeping and shower was great with lots of water pressure. Room could use a good cleaning floors were not that clean and the number of cob webs we came across in the corners and on the lamp shades show that the detail to cleaning is not top priority and that is why they received a 4 star instead of a 5. Also inconsiderate guests allowing door rooms to slam late at night and early in the morning was something you need to get use to if staying more than 1 night but that is no fault of the hotel just people that have no respect for other guests and only think of themselves.
