Comfortable bed, helpful female receptionist.

Arrived 10pm at night, not sure howbto check in initially but then Receptionist appeared who was able to check me in &.gave me my room card, we was on the 2nd floor room no. 24 at the end, stairs to two levels were outside - Receptionist offered me help with my bags... Room was clean, freshly painted and clean white sheets - only couple of comments to make - was toilet & shower was small, not good for larger tourists but Ok for us - has a small desk, but thought lighting in the room coukd of been a bit better... Has a TV with a moveable arm, plus a remote - suited us, for our 2 night stay.....

Nous avons pris une chambre pour une nuit histoire de ne pas faire 2h45 de route en pleine nuit pour rentrer chez nous. Personnel accueillant. La literie était confortable et le petit déjeuner convenable. La salle de douche mérite d'être rénovée. Mais pour une nuit... Que demander de plus !

Vichy leider im Regen

Wir konnten nach 20 Minuten Fußmarsch Vichy besichtigen. Um zu Abend essen, sollte man vorher reservieren. Zufällig hatten wir ein kleines nettes Restaurant neben der Kirche mit dem hohen Turm entdeckt und dann dort essen können in einer Ausgesprochen netten Atmosphäre: La Bomboule. Gutes und preiswertes Essen.

L’air de la chambre était irrespirable, sans doute à cause de l’utilisation de désinfectant à haute dose ? Ce qui nous a rendu malades. L’accueil était quasi inexistant, à l’arrivée, comme au petit déjeuner.

Amabilité

Rien a dire sur la propreté et le confort. Nous etions la pour quelques heures etant de mariage arrivée dans la nuit vers 2h30 et repartis a 10h . Soucis a l'arrivée nous avons dû repayer la taxe et 1 petit déjeuner alors que j'avais régler par carte bancaire. Le dimanche matin la personne presente au petit déjeuner était vraiment mal aimable faisant bien comprendre qu'elle était mecontente de travailler.
