Sur la carte menu etait marqué poisson blanc avec risotto et en plus nous avons demandé confirmation au serveur. Finalement c était poisson saumon avec purée pomme de terre. Le serveur n a pas remarqué ce changement

Fantastic place and fantastic food!

Honestly, this is the place where you want to stay! Wonderful surrounding and interior design. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. And fo not forget to reserve for a dinner menu: stunning and amazing!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was super really lovely and breakfast they asked what you want and made it fantastic. The room was very small and a shame not possible to open window fully as TV was in front. But very clean and new.

Undvik detta!

Ett stort men slitet hus Ă€r inget ”Slott”. Golvet i mitt rum var inte rent och standarden var dĂ„lig. SĂ€ngen var tvĂ„ sammansatta enkelsĂ€ngar, med tydlig ”buckla” i mitten, vilket omöjliggjorde annat Ă€n att ligga i enkelsĂ€ngen. Wi-fi fungerande inte ankomstdagen och samma kvĂ€ll och trots försök fick personalen inte ordning pĂ„ tekniken. Restaurangen serverade endast fullstĂ€ndiga menyer till höga priser. Vinlistan innehöll inget annat Ă€n 75 cl flaskor och pĂ„slaget frĂ„n butik var 400-500 procent. Hutlöst!

Confort, tranquillité et service irréprochable

Personnel vraiment extrĂȘmement sympathique et serviable. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs propre et la literie exceptionnelle. En revanche, elle Ă©tait un peu petite Ă  notre goĂ»t et elle aurait besoin d'un petit rafraĂźchissement. DĂ©coration sobre voire un peu austĂšre. Le restaurant offre des plats copieux et dĂ©licieux. Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© manger au restaurant de l'hĂŽtel. Ce qu'il manque : un petit lobby pour prendre un verre (ou alors on ne l'a pas vu) et le parc gigantesque mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre plus arborĂ© et plus amĂ©nagĂ©.

Mooi hotel, met beperkt aantal kamers, die recent zijn vernieuwd in de buurt van Vichy, een mooie Franse stad aan de Allier. Vriendelijk personeel en hulpvaardig. Keuken is goed , met de Franse slag. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Covid maatregelen worden goed toegepast.
